Individual User and Group Accounts InterMapper allows you to create user and group accounts, and optionally assign them to groups. The image on the right shows the Users pane in the Server Settings. After you have created your users/groups, you can set whether each user/group will have read/write, read-only, or no access to maps on a map-by-map basis. The Administrator users (all shown with a small star next to their icon) have full read/write access to all maps, as well as being able to set other configuration settings in the program. It is convenient to set all permissions on the groups, and leave individual user accounts without any access permissions at all. This allows you to add and remove users without needing to tell a number of people a new password.
